Winter Park Presbyterian Church offers a variety of opportunities for growth in faith: Sunday morning classes for all ages, the TNT (Tuesday Nights Together) Program, a youth program, and other special events. The weekly bulletin, the monthly newsletter, the church calendar, and our newsfeed will highlight other opportunities throughout the year. Books and other resources are also available in the church library.
At Winter Park Presbyterian Church we value every child as a special gift from God. It is our calling to care for, love, and nurture children. As a community of faith we strive to partner with parents as they seek to raise their children to grow in their love for God.
Sunday School (All Ages)
Pastor Emily leads Sunday School for our children and youth at 9:15 a.m. This time serves a fun and engaging enrichment in the spiritual formation of students. Weekly lessons are biblically sound and include crafts and activities to bring scripture to life.
Our children’s department hosts a special Children’s Church for little ones. Families begin by worshiping together in the sanctuary. After the Children’s Moment, students age 3–3rd grade are invited to head to the Library to continue with worship activities. Families meet back in the Fellowship Hall after service.
Children’s Church is offered each week, except for communion services on the first Sunday of each month, when families are invited to participate in worshiping together.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is a fun event for children 3 years old (by June 1 and potty trained) through completed fifth grade.
Tuesday Nights Together (TNT)
During the fall and spring, our midweek program includes a family meal and classes for all ages. Additionally, our children’s choir practices on Tuesday nights, therefore providing an opportunity for children to grow musically and spiritually. Information on our choir can be found on our music page.
