Come and experience “A Good Night’s Sleep.” Learn why it can be so hard to get the sleep we need. Come explore and discover some ways to manage sleep problems. Our speaker will be Dr. George Guthrie, MD, MPH, CDE, from Florida Hospital Family Medicine. He will teach us what can affect our sleep and then give us practical ways to master and improve it.
