This year we are having our 4th annual Trunk or Treat. WPPC is hosting a safe and family-friendly Trunk-or-Treat day for the whole community from 3:30-5:00 PM. Guests will enjoy games, fall crafts, Halloween treats, face painting, and food. Invite your friends and neighbors to this great event!
